Co-Hosts Scott Odom and Evan Semanco are back with Lead Pastor Justin Haigler to talk all things Easter, worship, and 90s Christian Music.
Easter 2025 is going to be unlike any Easter at The Simple Church before, and we'd love for you to join us on Saturday, April 19th at 2, 4, or 6 p.m. or Sunday, April 20th at 8, 9:30, or 11 a.m. at the Louisiana Boardwalk.
We also need more volunteer than ever, so you can RSVP for the Easter Volunteer meeting on March 30th to get trained, a new Easter volunteer shirt, and have some fun with us as we get ready for Easter 2025.

Host Evan Semanco sits down with one of our favorite and most frequent guests, Amber McDonnold, the Life Group coordinator at The Simple Church. Life Groups are small groups that meet in homes or various places each week, and they're the best way to make a big church seem small.
Every semester we have Amber on to highlight some new groups and share stories of the difference being in a Life Group makes in peoples lives. Then at the end we get a preview of Amber's Greatest Hits albums and some of the songs that will be featured, IYKYK.

Host Evan Semanco and fill in co-host, Volunteer Coordinator Mallory Semanco, chat with the amazing DiDi Hayes, a long-time volunteer at The Simple Church. DiDi has worn many hats over the years at The Simple Church, and after retiring two years ago she decided to take on a unique challenge: volunteering to clean our buildings every week with a great team to make a big difference.
We'll dive into DiDi's heart for teenagers, what her life looks like after retiring, and why she is so committed to making her mark on the church and helping out wherever she can.

On today's episode host Evan Semanco is joined by Do Good Pastor Robyn Horton and two mission trip participants, Britney Spivey and Sally Joiner, fresh off the first ever all women mission trip to Honduras. Robyn explains how the trip came together, what it was like serving women with an all woman team, and how doing things like health care, counseling, and even shopping was transformative in the lives of women in Honduras.
Britney and Sally share their experiences, why they chose to do a trip like this, and how God worked in their lives along with the rest of the team.

On our first episode of the new year, host Evan Semanco is joined by Do Good Pastor Robyn Horton to talk reflect back on the "secret sauce" of the Simple Church, Doing Good. if you've been around Simple Church for a while, you can't escape the phrase, but if you're new and wanting to know more about why we emphasize doing good so much, this is a great place to start.
