This week, we are taking a break from discussing the Boardwalk Move Project to celebrate moms. In this episode, hosts Scott Odom and Evan Semanco chat with producer Jordan Phillips about their own moms, reminisce on the times when they angered their moms the most while growing up, and explore the actual research done about Mother's Day.
They also share insights on what moms really want as gifts and how much Americans spend on their own moms. Host Evan Semanco is joined by Do Good Pastor Robyn Horton to talk a lot about Lighthouse Family Retreats with Stephen Posey, who participated last summer with his family.
Do Good Duck Day is Sunday, March 19th, 2023 and we are #DoingGood for Lighthouse Family Retreats and families that are experiencing childhood cancer. We'll meet at the LA Boardwalk from 10-Noon with inflatables, games, food trucks, and a duck derby with a grand prize of a free trip to the beach this summer! You can enter to win even if you won't be there in person, and all funds raised go to Lighthouse Family Retreats.
